This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is issued by Shenzhen Cedarobo Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Cedarobo” or “we”), and is intended for individuals outside our organization who interact with us, including customers, visitors to our websites, users of our applications, recipients of any of our other products or services, and personnel of our enterprise customers and suppliers (collectively referred to as “you”).
This Policy describes our activities involving your personal information, including collection, use, sharing, transfer, and disclosure. However, this Policy does not apply to the handling of your personal information by third parties that are accessed or linked within Cedarobo products. We highly value your privacy. This Policy sets out our privacy statements and commitments regarding Cedarobo products. Please read this Policy carefully to ensure that you fully understand and agree to it before using Cedarobo products. By agreeing to this Policy or by starting to use Cedarobo products, you acknowledge that you have consented to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Policy, you should not use Cedarobo products.
To provide you with better services, we may update the terms of this Policy from time to time in accordance with updates to Cedarobo products and related services, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page and will form part of this Policy. For material changes, we will also provide more prominent notice (including in-app pop-ups, in-app notifications, or other means), and where required by applicable data protection laws and regulations, we will obtain your consent again.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We only process personal information to the extent necessary to provide product functionalities, ensure the security and stability of our services, conduct essential statistical analysis, fulfill legal obligations, and deliver services you have actively chosen. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or with your separate consent, we will not process your personal information beyond the purposes, methods, and scope described in this Policy.

1.3 Special Notes on Device Information and Software List
To ensure the secure operation of our software and services, prevent fraud, troubleshoot crash causes, and perform data analytics, we may collect your device MAC address and software installation list (or application list).
- To ensure consistency between this Policy and actual processing activities, we hereby clarify that this App and integrated third-party SDKs may, depending on different operating systems, system versions, and permission settings, process information such as application lists, device MAC address, SSID, BSSID, and other device identifiers, network identifiers, or push identifiers.
- The above information is used solely for purposes directly related to product operation, including but not limited to push notification delivery, statistical analysis, attribution analysis, crash monitoring, instant messaging, security risk control, anti-fraud, compatibility assessment, and service stability assurance. It will not be used for any purposes beyond those stated in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will only initialize or invoke relevant third-party SDKs for analytics, attribution, push notifications, instant messaging, crash monitoring, and similar functions after you consent to this Policy. If you refuse to consent, this App will not process information relying on such SDKs, and certain features may not function properly.
- If applicable platform policies, operating system versions, or system permission mechanisms restrict access to software lists, MAC addresses, or similar information, we and third-party SDKs will only process such information within the scope actually permitted by the platform.
- If the actual processing type, purpose, method, or scope of any third-party SDK changes, we will promptly update this Policy, the list of third-party SDKs, and in-app notices, and will not expand the scope of processing without prior notice.
1.4 Special Notes on Clipboard Information
To enable features such as sharing links, copying links, and page redirection, we may access or write clipboard (copy-paste) information on your device. We only process clipboard data when you actively trigger relevant functions, or when you open the App so as to detect whether there are Cedarobo-related links in the clipboard.
We do not continuously, frequently, or in the background access your clipboard for unrelated purposes. If the clipboard content is unrelated to Cedarobo services, we will not store, upload, or use it for any other purpose. You may manage clipboard access by choosing not to use related copy/paste features, clearing clipboard content, or restricting access via system settings.
1.5 Primary Purposes of Information Collection
1. To help you complete account registration, login, and identity verification;
2. To provide services such as video upload, video analysis, and cloud storage;
3. To ensure the secure and stable operation of our products and services, handle exceptions, identify risks, and optimize performance;
4. To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and feedback;
5. To conduct statistical analysis and product improvement, subject to your authorization.
2. How We Use Cookies or Similar Technologies
To ensure the proper functioning of our services and optimize user experience, we or our partners may use cookies, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to maintain session states, identify devices, perform statistical analysis, and troubleshoot issues. - Where necessary to fulfill service functions, such as sharing necessary information with service providers for cloud storage, login authentication, statistical analysis, attribution analysis, crash monitoring, and similar services;
- Where you actively choose or authorize sharing, login, or synchronization with third-party platforms;
- Where necessary to maintain platform security, handle disputes, or respond to lawful requests;
- Other circumstances as required by laws and regulations.
3.2 Transfer
As our business develops, we may undergo mergers, divisions, asset transfers, or similar transactions. If such transfers involve personal information, we will require the recipient to continue to be bound by this Policy in accordance with applicable laws and will notify you through reasonable means.
3.3 Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information with your separate consent or where required by applicable laws and regulations.
4. How We Store and Protect Personal Information
4.1 Storage Location and Retention Period
As we provide products and services through globally distributed resources and servers, your personal information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the country/region where you use our products or services, or may be accessed from such jurisdictions. - Withdrawal of Consent: You may disable permissions such as photo library, camera, and microphone through system settings. For clipboard information, you may manage access by not using related copy, paste, or code recognition features, by clearing clipboard content, or by restricting access through system settings;
- Account Deletion: You may follow the instructions in the App to request account deletion;
- Inquiries and Complaints: If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal information, you may contact us through the contact details provided on this page.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate third-party SDKs, links, or services to enable functions such as login, sharing, push notifications, statistical analysis, attribution analysis, crash monitoring, and cloud storage. The collection and processing of information by such third parties are governed by their own respective policies.
Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will only initialize SDKs related to statistical analysis, attribution analysis, push notifications, crash monitoring, and similar functions after you have consented to this Policy. If you do not consent, this App may still provide basic browsing or display functions; however, features that rely on the aforementioned SDKs may not function properly.

7. Protection of Minors
Cedarobo products are not intended to be specifically directed at minors. Minors should obtain consent from their legal guardians before using Cedarobo products. If you are a minor, you should read this Policy under the supervision and guidance of your guardian before using our products, and you should only use Cedarobo products and submit personal information with the explicit consent and guidance of your guardian.
We protect minors’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and will only process such information where permitted by law and with the explicit consent of a guardian.
If you are the guardian of a minor, and you have any questions regarding our processing of the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, you may contact us using the contact details provided in Section 9 “How to Contact Us” of this Policy. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable prior consent from a guardian, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable.

(2) Significant changes in ownership structure, such as changes of ownership resulting from business restructuring, bankruptcy, mergers, or acquisitions;

(4) Significant changes in your rights regarding personal information processing and how you may exercise such rights;

If you do not agree to such changes, you may choose to stop using Cedarobo products. If you continue to use Cedarobo products, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the revised Policy. We always place your satisfaction as our top priority in any revisions. We encourage you to review this Policy each time you use Cedarobo products.
We may also issue service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when a service is suspended, modified, or terminated due to system maintenance). 9.2 Limitations on Responding to Your Requests
We highly value each of your requests. However, you understand and agree that we may not be able to respond to your request in a timely manner under the following circumstances:
(1) Where your request conflicts with obligations imposed by applicable laws and regulations;
(2) Where the requested information is directly related to national security or national defense security;
(3) Where the requested information is directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
(4) Where the requested information is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;
(5) Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have subjective malicious intent or are abusing your rights;
